Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or will be charged a fee of 30% of the price of your scheduled appointment. I totally get it, life happens! Your appointment is very important to me, & I value your time. As your service provider, I respectfully ask that you mutually value my time as well. Please read my policies prior to booking your appointment. Booking your appointment confirms that you agree to the following: Cancellations & reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your apt time are considered "late cancellations" & will result in a charge of 30% of your booked service. For emergency situations, please call or text the studio ASAP. No-call no shows will be charged 30% of the original booked service price. A client with more than 2 late cancellation or 1 no-show, will be terminated from booking future apts at the studio. You will be unable to book your next apt until any fees are paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to rebook until fees are paid
